    Shipping Policy

    ✔ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
    ✔ Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on location and courier service.
    ✔ Shipping Costs:

    • Free shipping for orders above ₹1000.
    • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹1000 (calculated at checkout).
      ✔ Tracking Information: Customers will receive a tracking link once the order has been dispatched.

    Return & Refund Policy

    Return & Refund Eligibility

    At Machine Point, we offer refunds and returns under the following conditions:

    ✔ Wrong Item Sent

    • If the item received differs from what was ordered or does not match the technical specifications listed, you are eligible for a no-questions-asked full refund or replacement.
    • Report the discrepancy within 72 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
    • Note: Variations in color due to manufacturing updates are not eligible for refunds.

    ✔ Item Damage

    • If your order arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund as per your request.
    • Report the damage within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos/videos.

    ✔ Defective or Incomplete Product

    • If the product is defective or missing parts, you can request a full refund, replacement, or missing parts supply.
    • Claims must be raised within 72 hours of delivery with images/videos.

    📌 Important: Customers must provide an unboxing video of the product as proof while raising a claim. Send the video and issue details to prakhar@24yards.com.

    Cancellation Policy

    ✔ Before Dispatch: Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
    ✔ After Dispatch:

    • For heavy shipments (above 10 kg), cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
    • If the product has already been shipped, a courier fee will be deducted from your refund.
      ✔ Delivery Delays: If the assured delivery date is missed, customers are eligible for a full refund.

    Refund Process

    ✅ Pre-Paid Orders

    • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (payment gateway, online banking, or UPI).
    • Refunds are typically credited within 7-10 working days.

    ✅ EMI Transactions

    • Interest charged by the bank is non-refundable.
    • Machine Point does not charge a processing fee for EMI payments.

    ✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

    • Refunds for COD orders are processed through NEFT to your bank account.
    • Provide the following details for COD refunds:
      • Bank Name
      • Account Number
      • Account Holder’s Name
      • IFSC Code

    📌 It may take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
